Mike Bravener is originally from Etobicoke Ontario but now resides in Fredericton New Brunswick where he is known as “The Atlantic Cat”
Mike has been entertaining audiences all over Eastern Canada, Montreal Quebec, Southern Ontario, Maine, Tennessee, and other locations in the USA professionally for over six years. He is best known for his tribute to the king of Rock n Roll Elvis Presley. He has continually placed as a grand finalist in the professional divisions at every Elvis Tribute Artist Contest he has entered in the last few years. He placed as high as 1st rummer up at the world's largest Elvis festival in 2006, and has been "The People's Choice" Grand Champion in Montreal two years in a row!
In 2008 Mike performed three shows with Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame inductee, and Elvis' drummer from 1955-1968, Mr. D.J. Fontana. D.J. commented and is on record as saying that Mike's tribute to Elvis is "One of the best I have ever seen!" Mike will be working, once again, with DJ Fontana this summer presenting a tribute to Elvis' Movie songs. This show will feature full band, dancers, graphics, and Elvis' co-star from the movie "Kissin Cousins" Cynthia Pepper.
