The King of Silly

Performing July 3rd at 1:30pm at Overlook Park.

And making appearances at various events July 3rd and 4th!

The King of Silly is a professional silly person who strives to connect audiences to their silly bone.

Tools of the trade vary but include juggling, unicycling, balloons, magic and physical comedy.

There's Charlie Chaplin-esque clowing, silly hats, silly volunteers from the audience, wild unicycling and mysterious suitcases which hold…well…we can’t very well tell that, now can we? It would ruin the surprise.

But whatever’s in there it’s bound to be silly.

Todd Wellington - The King of Silly - has been entertaining children and family audiences across New England  since 1988.

His credits include Red Sox games at Fenway Park in Boston, NASCAR races at New Hampshire International Speedway, The Balsams Grand Resort in Dixville Notch, N.H., Phillips Exeter Acdemy, Harpoon Brewery's Harpoon Fest and Boston Medical Center's 2008 HalloweenTown extravaganza at the Seaport World Trade Center  in Boston.

He appeared on the first season of the NBC television show "America's Got Talent" and a 1990's Dial-A-Mattress commercial that could not be killed by conventional means.

He has been the opening act for many national acts inlcuding Dan Zanes & Freinds, Jo Dee Messina, Beatlemania and Rascal Flatts.

Most importantly, though, he loves his wife and son.
