Sunday, July 1st  - Canada Day
Deer Island Deer Island events are Atlantic Time (one hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time)
12:00 noon BBQ, Cake Walk, and White Elephant Tables
12:00 noon 13th Annual Motorcycle Show n' Shine. Registration 12-1:00. Awards 2:00pm

7:30-8:30 Registration for Charles E. Davis 7.0 mile race. Shead High School.
9:00 48th Annual Charles E. Davis 7.0 mile race begins. Perry Corner to Bank Square. Walk Race begins at Carlow Island.

12th Annual Canada Day Race. Sailboat race off breakwater to St. Andrews Yacht Club. Boats should muster one hour prior to race start.
1:00 Frisbee Contest - Library Park. Frisbees provided and yours to keep!
1:30 Limbo Competition - Library Park. 
3:00 Bike Races. Boat School to Fire House. Trike and ages 2-4 in parking lot.
5:00-7:00 11th Annual Country Rib Barbeque. 110 Water St. At the Head of Breakwater.
Sponsored by Cobscook Bay Resource Center.
6:00-9:00 Highlighter Dance. Eastport Elementary School. Kids should bring a white t-shirt to decorate with highlighters then glow in the dark as they dance in the black lights. 6pm-7pm ages 5-9. 7pm-9pm ages 10-14. Music is age appropriate. Admission of $3 includes one highlighter. Additional highlighters available for sale. Sponsored by Quoddy Properties.

7:00-11:00 Annual Blueberry Pancake Breakfast. Eastport Municipal Airport.
8:30 Calithumpian Parade.
9:00 Land Sports. Races for girls & boys. Prizes.  Water Street.
Penny Scramble in memory of Reid F. Craig Sr. to follow directly after land sports.
10:00 Water Sports. Fish Pier.  Try for the flag at the end of the greasy pole!
10:00 Rubber Ducky Race. Ducks cost $5 and are available in advance at The First Bank or during select events at Overlook Park. Ducks will race between the Fish Pier and the Waco Diner. Prizes 1st $300, 2nd $150 and 3rd $50.
