1:00 13th Annual Canada Day Race. Sailboat race off breakwater to St. Andrews Yacht Club.  Boats should muster one hour prior to race start.  Winds and tide dictate actual start time.
Monday, July 1st  - Canada Day
Deer Island Deer Island events are Atlantic Time (one hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time)
12:00 noon BBQ, Cake Walk, and White Elephant Tables
12:00 noon 14th Annual Motorcycle Show n' Shine. Registration 12-1:00. Awards 2:00pm
DUSK Fireworks at Deer Island Point Park.

1:00 Frisbee Contest - Library Park. Frisbees provided and yours to keep!
1:30 Limbo Competition - Library Park. 
3:00 Bike Races. Boat School to Fire House. Trike and ages 2-4 in parking lot.

7:30 12th Annual Big Wheel Races. Must be 16 or older.  Cummings Garage to Overlook Park.

Wednesday, July 3rd - Armed Services Day
9:00 Dale C. Lincoln Kids' One-Mile Fun Run. Ages 13 and under. Boat School to Dead River, Key Street.
9:00-11:30am Quoddy Maritime Museum Auction. On sidewalk in front of museum. Water Street.
9:30 Tiny Tots Fair. Library Park. Children's games for ages 5 and under.
10:00 Opening of Craft Fair and Vendors.
12:00 noon Miss 4th of July Contest. Overlook Park. Little Miss 5-8, Junior Miss 9-13, Miss 14-18. Registration for all age categories ends at noon.
1:00 Strawberry Shortcake Sale. Peavey Memorial Library.
1:00 Book Signing by local author Sarah Graves "Death by Chocolate Malted Milkshake".

Thursday, July 4th - Independence Day
Sunrise 59th Annual Flag Raising at Breakwater.
7:00-11:00 Annual Blueberry Pancake Breakfast. Eastport Municipal Airport.
8:30 Calithumpian Parade.
9:00 Land Sports. Races for girls & boys. Prizes.  Water Street.
Penny Scramble in memory of Reid F. Craig Sr. to follow directly after land sports.
10:00 Water Sports. Fish Pier.  Try for the flag at the end of the greasy pole!
10:00 Rubber Ducky Race. Ducks cost $5 and are available in advance at The First Bank or during select events at Overlook Park. Ducks will race between the Fish Pier and the Waco Diner. Prizes 1st $300, 2nd $150 and 3rd $50.
Exact race start time will depend on tides.
10:00 42nd Annual Buddy Allen Car, Truck & Bike Show. Cars welcome to arrive at 8am. Judging begins at 10am. Bank Square.
10:00 Opening of Craft Fair and Vendors.
11:00 Annual Blueberry Pie Eating Contest. Prizes. Overlook Park.
11:00 Public Crabmeat and Assorted Sandwich Luncheon. Eastport Senior Center.
11:00 Fish Chowder. Sponsored by Christ Church Women's Guild. Key Street.
12:00 Doll Carriage, Wagon, Bike and Trike Parade. Sponsored by Eastport Youth Association. Prizes. Post Office to Bank Square. 
12:15 Live Music by Elvis Presley featuring Mike Bravener. Overlook Park.
1:00 Parade Bands in Concert. Library Park.
1:00-4:00 StudioWorks Open House, photo booth and drop-in art activities for all ages. 48 Water Street.
2:00 Grand Independence Day Parade. Theme: "Old Home Week - Where Fun Things Happen".  Floats line up on Staniels Road by Youth Center. Judging at 1:15pm.  First $500, Second $300, Third $200. Best decorated 4-wheeler $75.
6:30 Barbara's School of Dance. Overlook Park.
DUSK Grand Presentation of Eastport's Fantastic Fireworks Display. Waterfront.
Friday July 5th
2:00-4:00 Class of 1989 Reunion. Chowder House.
5:00 Class of 1979 Reunion. Rossport. Quoddy Village.
7:00 Tongue in Cheek Jazz Band, hot jazz concert & swingin' dance party with this Baltimore-based group, beverages and refreshments by donation, $15. Eastport Arts Center.
Saturday July 6th
7-8:30 Registration for Charles E. Davis 7.0 mile race. Shead High School.
9:00 49th Annual Charles E. Davis 7.0 mile race begins. Perry Corner to Bank Square. Walk race begins at Carlow Island.
10:00-3:00 Summer Workshop Series: Garden Stone Casting with Richard Klyver, creator of the Eastport mermaid sculpture, ages 12& up. $40 includes all supplies. Pre-register 207-454-8822 Eastport Arts Center.
8:15 Moonlight Movie: Miracle on Ice. Sutherland Amphitheater. Sponsored by City of Eastport. Showtime is approximately 8:15pm.
